Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band based totally out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is made from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his childhood loved one, Spencer Smiths (drums), which includes their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
To sell their music, the band made touch with Pete Wentz (of Fall Out Boy) through his LiveJournal website.
